Dupont Hospital is a 131 bed acute care facility and a 5-star hospital that provides a fun range of medical and surgical services from obstetrics to orthopedics. The hospital has 13 operating rooms, three endoscopy rooms, two C-section rooms, a special procedures room, 10-bed ICU, level III NICU, and 64-slice and 16-slice CT scanners as well as a 24/7 emergency services with board-certified physicians.

Under the immediate direction of the Team Specialist/Team Leader or other designated clinical management as assigned, functions as a clinical nurse mentor/preceptor with responsibility for the delivery of individualized, effective nursing care to a module of patients.

Requires strong analytical and organizational skills necessary to assess, develop and implement individualized plans of patient care/education in changing patient and module situations through the recognition of actual and potential problems, patient/family involvement, and the collection of data related to unit nursing care concerns.
